Slice of Italy is a small locally-owned business in Snowmass Village, CO. Our goal is to To be the most authentic Italian experience in Aspen-Snowmass and to demystify the world of wine by making hundreds of bottles approachable in a comfortable yet seductive environmen.

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. They should also have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Develop and implement menu plans and recipes.
• Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Train kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
• Monitor food costs and take corrective action when necessary.

Pay: $56,177.00 - $58,854.00 per year
