The Allies Pub is the taproom and restaurant for British Bulldog Brewery. Family owned and operated we believe in working hard and playing hard and are looking for new team members to join our fantastic crew!

$15.50/hour plus team pooled tips shared equally with all employees based on hours worked. Tips average between $4 and $6+/hour.

Job Requirements:

Highly detailed oriented

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a team setting

Great communication skills

Capable for assembling multiple components for baking

Tracking multiple items and communicating effectively with cold side lead

Calmness in a fast paced commercial kitchen environment

Ensuring customer plates are accurate and attractively presented

Welcome to the Allies Pub! Owned and operated by British Bulldog Brewery, our family run village brewery nestled in the foothills of Northern California was conceived from a passion to make British style brews in the traditional way using techniques from the 1700’s. Through the personality of our brews we celebrate both the British and American war heroes and events that have afforded us our freedom.

Through our new venture, The Allies Pub is excited to find enthusiastic individuals who are truly passionate about our stories and who are committed in helping us create an environment which boasts traditional English pub culture located in the historic heart of downtown Chico.

We are looking for new restaurant employees to join our team. You’ll be the face of our pub and responsible for our customers’ experiences along with assigned duties including being a backup dish washer when necessary.

Previous experience with food service and team oriented fast-pasted work environments is preferred. Tips are pooled and shared equally with all employees based on hours worked. Ideal candidates should also be able to multitask and follow strict policies and procedures in an orderly fashion to meet deadlines and assure safety of all members.
