Responsibilities

• Makes fast, accurate and consistent sandwiches
• Ensures that every customer receives world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift.
• Provides on-the-job training for all employees.
• Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures
• Completes daily meat slicing
• Greets customers, takes orders, operates cash register, takes telephone orders and completes delivery tickets
• Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
• Maintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with the dress code
• Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
• Ability to handle fast-paced, high stress and high-volume operations

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous leadership / management experience
• Preferred Quick Service experience
• 18 years or older
• Flexible schedule availability
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
