• Develop unit franchise owners into great business owners in the commercial cleaning industry.
• Continuously update the customer on the value of Stratus' Service.
• Continuously update the franchisee on the value of Stratus' franchising systems.
• Quote special services to customers to help protect customers' facilities.
• Receive and remedy customer complaints.
• Conduct quality audits to guarantee high quality of service to our clients.
• Handle the start-up of service to new customers.
• Handle transfers of service from one franchisee to another.
• Train new franchisees.
• Conduct quarterly meetings with franchisees.
