Job description

Maid and Janitorial Services are seeking 3 cleaners for a upcoming janitorial contract starting in Aug 2023. The location of the contract is in Lexington Park, MD at a school and the work hours are Monday-Friday from 3:00 pm until completed. One of the cleaners will be a supervisor and must have supervision experience. There may also be an opportunity for applicants to provide cleaning at residential locations.

Duties:

• Clean, sanitize and disinfect toilets, sinks and bathroom floors
• Wipe down kitchen appliances, sink and counters
• Clean classrooms, offices, common areas, lobby and receptionist areas
• Clean mirrors and windows
• Refill soap dispensers, toilet paper and paper towels.
• Mop hard surfaces
• Vacuum carpets
• Sweep floors
• Dump trash bins and replace liners
• Dust
• Clean and disinfect tables, counters and door knobs
• Wipe handrails
• Strip, clean, wax and seal tile floors

Experience:

• Provided Janitorial services in commercial building
• Provided maid services in residential and commercial locations
• Knowledge on sanitizing and disinfecting
• Seeking one employee with supervision experience

Background:

• Need not to apply if committed child related offenses, sexually related offenses, violent crime, grand theft or burglary offenses.

• Monday - Friday

Work hours:

• 3:00 pm until completed

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
