Seeking Janitor responsible for ensuring the dealership cleanliness.

Job Description

• 
  Picks up litter, empty bottles, leaves, tree and shrub trimmings; sweep walkways and common areas
• Sweeps and mops floors; wash walls
• Dusts desks, windowsills, banisters, cabinets and other ledges/surfaces
• Cleans restrooms, place orders and replenishes supplies; unstops sinks and toilets and reports the need for repairs.
• Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• This is physical position that requires the ability to stand and walk with constant bending at the waist, stooping, reaching and/or pushing/pulling motions as assignment requires.
• Requires occasional exposure to stepping stool heights.
• Requires use/exposure to cleaning chemicals such as chlorine, soap, low-acidity cleansers (carpet/upholstery cleaners), disinfectants, polishes, etc.
• Requires use of proper personal protective equipment at all times as defined by assignment to include but not limited to gloves, masks, and footwear.
