Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve Local Area Network (LAN)
• Connectivity and related network issues
• Actively monitor antivirus and spam controls
• Support phone system and mobile users
• Support and manage RF Devices
• Support and manage Zebra/TSC/Printronics label printers
• Support and maintain the company’s PCs
• Support and maintain surveillance security system for California locations
• Support and maintain email service
• PC support for both TYR Sport and The Finals as it relates to UPS Logistics System and connectivity
• Support IBM Power7 Series
• ACS
• Create and manage users
• Review and troubleshoot job errors or locks
• PKMS
• Create and manage PKMS users
• Support, maintain, and configure OMINXT15/MC93XX
• Configure scanning policies
• Train users
• Assist with warehouse training of processes such as picking, packing, pulling, receiving, and transitional inventory
• Create, maintain, and support Active Locations (picking sequence), Reserve Locations (pulling sequence), and Transitional Inventory
• Provide input on hiring decisions for technical staff
• Other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Mid-level technical skills
• 2+ years’ experience managing LAN and WAN operations, including a variety of network protocols, software, and hardware
• Strong troubleshooting, analytic, and diagnostic skills
• Business acumen
• People and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and follow up abilities
• Knowledge of Network devices (Switches/Access Points, etc.)

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
• 2+ years of experience as an End User Support, Help Desk Support, or a combination thereof in an environment of at least 100 users and 9 servers, including at least one year of experience in an environment using current operating systems and networking technology
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.88 - $33.66 per hour
