• The Pendas Law firm is currently looking for an experienced IT Support Technician Tier 1 to join our team! The position will provide technical support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. In addition, this role serves as the liaison to outside vendors to provide ongoing solutions.
• Role and Responsibilities
• • Provide technical support (local & remote) to staff on Windows 10 workstations with Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Manage VOIP equipment & platform (install internet connection, and

testing)

• Maintain accurate inventory
• Troubleshoot printing, scanning, faxing issues
• Coordinate with Vendors to resolve software issues
• Hardware Maintenance (HDD, ODD, memory modules, PSU) on

desktop/laptop

• Document new processes & resolutions for future reference
• Create user tutorials
• Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:
• • 1 + years relevant work experience
• Ability to research and locate solutions to solve issues without

supervision

• Ability to track status on support requests
• Attention to detail and task oriented
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues
• Works well under pressure and multi-tasking in a fast pace environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & oral) skills
• Results driven/proactive personality
• Some (in state) travel required
• Ability to life up to 50 lbs.
• Work hours: 8:30am-5:00pm
