Zurich North America is hiring an IT Deployment Engineer to join our IT team! We are open to hiring talent in our North America HQ located in Schaumburg, IL.

Our IT Deployment Engineer is responsible for providing but not limited to:

• Deploy new PC’s: ex: for New hires, set up PC’s for Virtual
• Changing out PC’s that are out of date
• Repair of replacements
• Production of 5 deployments a day
• Exposure to laptop build, but not in the day-to-day responsibility.
• Troubleshoot issues during the install.
• Printers and Monitor setup
• Heavy Customer service to assist employees with their laptop issues.
• Tracking in Service Now system.
• Inventory is up to date.

Required Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelors degree and 0 or more years of experience in the information technology area
  OR
• Zurich Cybersecurity Technician Apprentice, including Associate Degree and 0 or more years experience in the information technology area
  OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years experience in the information technology area
  AND
• MS Office experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  Knowledge of information technology operations
• Strong analytical and customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
