Main Purpose
Reporting to the US Senior Business Relationship Manager Sales & Finance, the IT Business Partner will serve as the liaison and trusted advisor between IT and the business, functioning as a key point of contact for IT and advocating on behalf of the business to ensure IT services meet business priorities and needs. This role will have a broad understanding of local business processes, the ability to analyze business process improvements and to help measure business benefits realization including ensuring future-oriented strategic developments are balanced and prioritized.
Key job responsibilities
- Understand and resolve the issues managers and users have with SAP and other application systems, with an emphasis on identifying and understanding the root cause of users’ issues and facilitating workable solutions.
- Gather and understand business requirements and ideas; consistently translate ideas and requirements into clearly articulated definitions for projects. Document business requirements and critically analyze business processes.
- Keep a good understanding of business challenges and priorities and their impact in business processes and IT systems
- Helps the business identify and prioritize enhancements by understanding and recognizing opportunities with real business value
- Scope and support approved changes and projects. Ensure they remain on track to meet our requirements, align with strategy and realize the expected value.
- Identify key areas where IT and digital models can improve the end user experience, enable efficiencies or improved business outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant experience (>3 years)
- Good Communication skills at different levels (Business, Technical, etc.)
- Data Warehouse & Data analytics knowledge
- Knowledge of the following systems:
- SAP SD, with good knowledge of SAP pricing
- Power BI
- SAP C4C
- S/4 HANA
