Our client is looking for a skilled Business Analyst with specific experience around MS Office 365. The Business Analyst, Office 365 Governance will play a key role in supporting the collaboration teams and be a core resource to the o365 products and content management teams across the enterprise.
This person will be responsible for working across multiple o365 products (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), understanding groups of end users, facilitating backlog creation as remediations are prioritized, documenting policies, roles and responsibilities, and processes that help control, organize and manage our o365 services.
This individual will participate in team meetings, understand current policies, analyze assessments, lead requirements-gathering and design sessions with multiple stakeholders, assist with documenting requirements, documenting new/revised policies.
Will perform hands-on data and system analysis across multiple o365 products and be able to take in information to be able to lead requirement sessions for how Cambell’s will remediate and refresh governance across collaboration tools. The successful candidate will need to work closely with users and stakeholders from multiple areas. As such, this person must have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a proven collaborator, passionate about solving challenging problems.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day-to-day hands-on analysis for our current Office 365 environment and remediation objectives.
*Facilitate prioritization and requirement gathering for the backlog
* Analyze impact of remediation items
* Document new and revised policies
* Partner with internal owners of the service and 3rd parties to document our governance policies and procedures for each Office 365 service
* Participate in Office 365 evaluations.
* Assist with analysis of changes and associated outcomes
* Assist with end user training and communications
Accountabilities include:
Tracks & prioritizes backlog
Data & systems analysis across multiple environments
Documenting policies and procedures
COMPLEXITY AND SCOPE:
· Working across multiple user groups in the collaboration space
· Prioritize issues found in remediation and document requirements
· Managing multiple priorities
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
· Bachelor's degree in business or computer science.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· 5+ years of working in IT projects as a Business Analyst or in a data management role
· Business Analysis background with tech exposure, preferably in Microsoft o365
· Fast learner, dynamic and motivated, empathic to end user needs
· Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
· Strong Office 365 skills
· Previous experience in digital shelf technology or data management roles preferred
