The ideal Assistant Manager candidate is extremely hands-on, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and has a passion for customer service. This person needs to be able to successfully lead and motivate an entire BOH and FOH restaurant team with minimal direction. $17 an hour with a 45-hour work week = $41,000!

Responsibilities:

• Create an experience that every customer will seek to repeat.
• Train and educate new team members to our culture, standards and operations.
• Supervise and guide kitchen culinary staff— cooks, dishwashers to ensure consistency with all food products.
• Prepare and adjust schedule for employees to meet demands of our customers.
• Follow all policies and procedures regarding sanitation and sanitary food handling.
• Execute all ordering and inventory management.
• Eagerness to learning total food and labor costs
• Must be knowledgeable in training employees
• Control costs by training and educating team members
• Create a fun, safe and energetic working environment.

• 1+ years supervisory experience
• Must have knowledge in food preparation, presentation, and portion control
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced working environment
• Must have a County Food Handler’s Permit or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to travel out of state for training
