· Accuracy when entering information into the system and making billing adjustments.

· Ensure all invoices assigned are properly accounted for at the completion of each pack out.

· Process and transfer orders in the system.

· Edit, print, separate and distribute client sales orders to appropriate drivers in a timely manner.

· Analyze all data on pack out schedules to check for errors and report any issues.

· Learn how to escalate production issues to the manager as appropriate.

· Comply with all published policies and procedures for legal and regulatory requirements that the company must abide by for shipping.

· Provide administrative support for the front office as needed such as filing, emailing, copying, scanning.

· Facilities Load Out.

· Equipment Monitoring.

IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES

· High School Diploma or GED.

· One year of customer service or office experience preferred.

· Data entry experience.

· Be able to analyze and assist in problem solving.

· Efficient in Microsoft office products.

· Possess excellent verbal and written skills.

· Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.

· Responsible, reliable, and dependable work habits.

· Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

WORKING CONDITIONS

· Warehouse environment.

· Work week is Sunday, 9am- 12pm and Monday through Thursday, 6 PM until the work is complete.

· Work in a noisy environment at times.

· Sitting in an office chair for long hours
