Summit Helicopters, an employee-owned company, is a leader in the rotorcraft aviation market recognized for its innovative solutions and value-added rotorcraft work from minor alterations to full completions in Law Enforcement, EMS and Corporate packages. In addition to operating our own fleet of both rotor and fixed wing aircraft, we are also an FAA certified repair station. Summit operates a Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul shop which is vital to support our own aircraft and customer needs as well.

Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Creates invoices according to company practices.
  • Collaborates with Accounts Payable to reconcile customer accounts on a periodic basis.
  • Creates reports regarding the current status of customer projects as requested.
  • Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent accountholders to request payments.
  • Assist Accounts Payable Administrator with daily operations
  • May assist with sourcing and ordering necessary parts in support of customer and company needs.
  • Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation and other clerical tasks as needed

Required skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to provide accurate entry of data and ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
  • Computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Experience in invoicing and finance are a plus.
  • Prior experience directly interfacing with customers.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
