Domestic production of lithium is critical to the energy transformation of the US. Anson Resources is deploying a cutting edge mining technology solution to develop a lithium mine in Utah. We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join our team in Newport Beach to deliver this project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the communication between our company and its stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and the media.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement the company's investor relations strategy to ensure effective communication with stakeholders

· Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and the media to ensure that they are kept up-to-date with the company's performance, strategy, and outlook

· Manage the company's regulatory reporting announcements, including the preparation of annual reports, and other regulatory filings.

· Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team

· Plan and coordinate investor events, such as investor conferences, roadshows, annual general meetings and earnings calls

· Respond to inquiries from investors, analysts, and the media in a timely and professional manner

· Provide feedback to senior management on investor sentiment, market trends, and feedback from analysts and investors

· Manage relationships with external service providers, such as brokers and PR agencies.

· Keep a database of investors and potential investors and log all interactions in the database.

· Assist in the production of corporate materials such as corporate presentations, website design and content, social media and annual reports.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or higher degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field

· Minimum of 5 years' experience in investor relations, financial communications, or a related field, preferably in the mining industry

· Strong understanding of financial markets and investment principles

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to a range of stakeholders

· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure

· Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and the media

· Preferred familiarity with relevant regulations for an ASX listed company, such as ASX listing rules and ASIC reporting requirements

· Have a network of contacts in national media outlets.

· Experience in managing external service providers, such as investor relations agencies and financial printers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
