Job description
- Complete all manufacturing work orders daily (Reman, Blackwood and Treating)
- Use Production Schedules to confirm accurate count of production sheets
- Resolve any issues with production sheets
- Complete inventory cutting for stacking daily
- Input data (Production Sheets) into cost tracking sheet daily
- Communicate and confirm all outliers with Production Manager
- Complete daily cycle counts
- Run negative inventory worksheet and count daily
- Count all items throughout the yard, in accordance with schedule
- Run variance daily reports each day
- Investigate variances and make appropriate adjustments
- Receive inventory and log in system (Spruce)
- Manage outgoing and incoming logbooks
- Manage monthly receiving totals

- Lumber or warehouse knowledge a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing facility preferred, but not required
- Self-starter; Goal oriented; Team player
- Experience with lumber is a plus
- Minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience required
