Inventory Clerk
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Location: Buda, TX 78610
Duration: 4 + months

Job Description:

• Count merchandise in stock and posts totals to inventory records.
• Compare inventories to office records or computes figures from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
• Verify clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
• Generate reports such as inventory balance or shortages.
• Prepare lists of depleted items and recommends survey of defective or unusable items.
• Environment is cold; expected to work in all temperature zones as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Steel toed or composite, non-slip shoes (above the ankle) are required for the job Certified to operate powered industrial trucks (pallet jack, stock picker, etc.)
