Housekeeper – Interior / Exterior THE BATTERY - ATLANTA BRAVES

Summary: Keeps exterior premises of commercial parking deck, Exterior retail buildings in clean and

orderly condition by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties

may be assigned.

• Cleans facility walkways and entrances;
• Cleans service areas around the facility.
• Litter pick landscaping areas, common areas.
• Operates pressure washer.
• Performs routine maintenance on equipment;
• Empties waste receptacles and empties and cleans ashtrays;
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each

essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of

the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be

Education/Experience:

It is recommended a candidate have high school diploma, or GED.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and

memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present

information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Afternoon shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Weekend availability
