We are a small full-service firm specializing in interior design and architecture for residential projects. Our multidisciplinary approach integrates design, innovation, and craft with a focus on client relationships.

We work directly with clients to review design options and identify opportunities for more substantial modifications, including interior layouts, renovations, additions, or new construction.

We also work with the clients to understand their vision, develop concepts to meet their functional and aesthetic objectives, and coordinate our designs with engineers, contractors, builders, and vendors to bring projects to reality.

We are located in Needham, MA, and currently seeking an Interior Designer.

We are seeking a candidate with proven design skills, strong graphic abilities, experience conducting existing conditions surveys, and have experience working on site with high end clientele. Attention to details and a strong focus on customer service are key to success in this position. Experience working on construction drawings using Revit is a strong plus.

This position is to start at roughly 20-25 hours per week as a freelance opportunity with potential to grow to a 40+ hour a week position.

Interior Designer position
+ Bachelors or Masters Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
+ NCIDQ preferred but not required
+ Solid knowledge of Revit is a plus
+ Experience assisting with residential renovations, finishes, furniture, and décor of spaces and small commercial projects
+ Must have transportation to attend project meetings in Needham and various locations in MA

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
