Rate: $40-$70 per session

Do you want to work to offer advanced integrative psychotherapy that is based in both modern behavioral science and ancient wisdom? We are looking for a talented, passionate, creative, organized and innovative integrative psychotherapist to join and help build our integrative wellness center in Ellicott City, MD and online.

Yudaguru Integrative Wellness specializes in the highest quality integrative mind-body-spirit psychotherapy to evoke the innate inner wisdom of our clients and ourselves in the service of profound psychospiritual integration, transformation and self-empowerment. We offer integrative, mindfulness-based, body-centered psychotherapy for young adults, adults, couples and families, with an emphasis on treating co-occurring trauma, grief and/or addiction with a holistic approach. Our approach is respectful, client-centered, integrative, and rooted in a synergy of ancient spiritual traditions, psychodynamics, and advanced fourth-wave mindfulness-based behavioral science. We work primarily through a fee-for-service, mixed cash and insurance based outpatient therapy approach.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Individual, Family, Couples & Group Psychotherapy

*Design & Conduct Integrative Wellness Workshops and Retreats

*Intake, Assessment and Evaluation

*Compassionate customer service

*High level of client, family and staff coordination/communication

*Complete documentation thoroughly and within reasonable time

*Attending staff meetings

*Patience in managing the challenges of a growing, modern and expanding integrative psychotherapy practice

Qualifications and Skills

*Commitment to ongoing professional growth and providing exceptional client care

*Excellent communication skills and professionalism

*Demonstrated personal maturity and self-awareness; significant background with mindfulness practices and commitment to personal growth

*Certification, training and/or experience in at least one integrative and evidence-based treatment is required: Clinical Hypnosis, Breathwork, Biofeedback, Neurofeedback, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi Method, Transpersonal Psychology, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Movement-based Therapies, Expressive Art & Music Therapy, Psychodrama, Breathwork, Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness, Guided Imagery & Visualization, Shamanic Journeying, Facilitation of Spiritual Ritual & Ceremony, Mind-Body Medicine, and Nutrition

*Passion for the art of therapy

*Growth-mindset and dedicated to deepening their work (the learning never ends!)

*Highly interested in working with millennials, professionals, families, and creatives

*Outgoing and highly personable or introverted and able to manage the delicate balance of alone time and people time

*Ability to utilize basic Electronic Health Records system (with training and support provided)

Rate: $40-70.00 dollars per session

Yudaguru Integrative Wellness has been in operation since September 2016 and has moved to a beautiful, historic office in Historic Ellicott City. We are looking for candidates who either bring with them a caseload or are willing to grow their caseload patiently over the course of a year through referrals.

Required education and licensure:

• Master's
• Valid Maryland license or be license-eligible: LCPC, LGPC, LCSW-C, LGSW, LMFT, LGMFT, Licensed Psychologist, PMHNP

Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour
