Insurance Sales Representative

A successful Allstate Agency looking for an enthusiastic, career-minded individual to join our service/sales team. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for growing our Auto, Home, Business & Life insurance business.

Requirements & Responsibilities Include:

• 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred but not required
• The ability to conduct needs-based selling, including prospecting
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Call prospective customers

Requirements

• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• P&C License and Life License is preferred or be willing to obtain. (Agency will assist with training for license and product knowledge)'
