The Chad M. Lewis Insurance Agency is home to the Shenandoah Valley's top insurance specialists handling auto, home, life, business, and a variety of other insurance needs. Our agents are fully licensed and have the experience and knowledge to assist with any insurance product & quote. Since our small beginnings in 1984, our agency has two office locations (Front Royal and Winchester). The Chad M. Lewis Insurance Agency is a second-generation Nationwide Agency that is looking to grow our highly-qualified team of insurance professionals.

We are seeking a licensed insurance agent to sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. This individual is highly-motivated and ready to excel in the insurance industry. Although we prefer that the candidate already have their P&C license, we are willing to hire a "perfect-fit" person who will work to become licensed within 1-3 months. The candidate will need to be open to working in our two locations in Front Royal, VA & Winchester, VA.

Job Requirements
- Highly proficient computer use.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Sales experience is a plus.

- High level of professionalism

- Insurance license preferred or willing to get.

Job Responsibilities
- Promote the insurance agency to customers who need insurance.

- Network with potential customers.

- Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs.

- Evaluate current insurance policies and recommend additional coverage when needed.

- Maintain all insurance documents in a confidential way.

- Maintain overall office organization and professionalism.

- Assist with customer payments, policy changes and other daily tasks.

Job Benefits
- Salary pay plus commission

- 1-week paid vacation plus additional sick days

Salary: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 + Commission

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
