Job Type: Full Time M-F Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM local time Job Description and Responsibilities: Assist in the operations of a fast-paced insurance office to help build client relationships and handle a variety of customer service tasks. Some of the expectations include: individual and team goal setting; evaluating client needs and offering solutions; and ability to prioritize and work efficiently. Tasks can include sales by making outbound calls, phone answering, email, texting, and processing paperwork, client reviews, and sales. Insurance knowledge is not required and will be trained. Requirements: Must have Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License is required 30 days after start date. (Agency will reimburse costs after passing exam). Must have excellent typing, customer service, phone and computer skills. Must enjoy building relationships with people and have an ability to handle multiple tasks and customer requests. Must have clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Must be very detail oriented Must be able to efficiently work in a fast-paced environment. Must have experience working in a very high demand position. Must understand the importance of completing work in a very timely manner. This position requires working with a team and a positive and friendly attitude.
