In-office position. Work from Home flexibility
Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Educate and advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and be outstanding at relationship building.
- Process customer policy change requests., Take premium payments from customers, update client information, and issue insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
- Greet walk-in clients and handle their inquiries, payments, etc
Requirements
- Currently have or willing to obtain a Pennsylvania Property and Casualty License. Licensing Assistance available (Will help the right person get licensed)
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to prioritize, be detailed, and organized
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be coachable, and be motivated.
- Basic computer software knowledge
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Professional office and phone etiquette
