Our TAP Installers start the day in our warehouse, prepare the truck with equipment and supplies, and then travel to customers' homes to install pest control attic insulation. We take pride in our work & strive for excellence each and every day.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License with Record Review
• Minimum Age Requirement: 21 Years Old
• Criminal Background Check (No Felonies)
• Professional Appearance (No Face/Neck Tattoos)
• Pre-employment Drug Screen
• Communication Skills with Ability to Take Direction
• Customer Service Skills & A Positive Team Player
• Punctuality, Reliability, & Attention to Detail
• Ability to Work in Various Types of Weather/Temperature
• Ability to Climb Ladders & Access Tight Areas in Attics

Job Duties:

• Review work order & load truck with required supplies
• Set up ladders, tarps, hose, & other equipment
• Hook up insulation machines to a power source
• Run, operate, & load machine with insulation
• Maintain equipment for cleanliness, operation, & repairs
• Clean up tarps and vacuum up any debris left behind
• Communicate with customer to ensure satisfaction
• Cross-training in other areas of pest control
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
