Sun Protection of Florida's installation technician will be a member of our crew(s) that install Motorized Screens and Awnings on residential homes and commercial buildings. You will be working mostly outside in the Florida sun, and you must be able to lift heavy/awkward loads overhead. Most work is done from ladders and occasionally scaffolding or lifts. Experience with accurate measuring, job layout and power tool use is desired.

Clear written and verbal communication skills and strong problem-solving skills will help you advance quickly. Company vehicle and all tools are provided.

Clean driving record required in order to drive company vehicles. We will check prior to interview, you must not have ANY suspensions, cancelations, DUIs or major moving violations for the past 3 years.

Relocation subsidization is available for people interested who do not live in the area as all installers meet at our office every morning to prepare for their jobs for the day.
