Through our partnership, we're expanding in Virginia at our Headquarters in Leesburg and our Manufacturing facility in Danville.
We're currently seeking Inspectors, In Process to join our Quality Assurance Department in Danville! Inspectors perform routine audits of the manufacturing process by visual inspection.
This is a role in which you will:
- Inspect visually for obvious defects
- Perform assigned routine audits on assemblies in process where results are compared with company quality standards. Reports results to supervisor that will review and take necessary action
- Remove non-conforming material from process where found
- Record results on inspection forms and reports number of defects found
- Post inspection data
To be successful in this role you will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 3 years experience in manufacturing electronics
- Ability to read components and assembly/mechanical drawings
- Ability to read and interpret procedures
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written and oral instructions
- IPC-A-610B. Demonstrated knowledge and application of applicable ISO processes

Working conditions:
Required to use basic motor skills on a daily basis. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals. May be required to lift objects weighing more than 30lbs on a daily basis. May be exposed to both occupational and environmental risks daily including, but not limited to; chemicals, cuts, burns, noise and odors. Controlled manufacturing environment.
