Würth Baer Supply Company is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative in the Chicago, IL market. This role would be onsite in Vernon Hills, IL. As an Inside Sales Representative you will look for top solutions for both the company and our customers and deliver quality service and reliability to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for contacting new and existing clients to increase sales and growing accounts overall
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with technical questions on products
- Communicate with customer’s product offerings and the value of a single source business partner
- Work closely with customers to understand their business issues and needs as well as provide solutions that will meet or exceed the customer expectations
- Deliver quality service and reliability to our customers
- Other duties assigned
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of inside sales experience
- Experience in the woodworking or industrial/distribution area, preferred
- Excellent communication skills and follow up skills
- BS degree is preferred
- SAP experience a plus
- Must be able to multi-task
