Ramm Horse Fencing and Stalls is a family-owned business in Swanton, OH, and an industry leader in horse fencing, stalls and barn products. We serve customers across the entire United States as well as Internationally. Our Inside Sales Representatives assist every customer in their territory from first contact to installation, and provide excellent customer service in every aspect of the sale. We practice “relationship sales” by getting to know our customer to make sure they purchase the best product for their farm. The Sales Representative position is a telephone sales position. We are not a call center or telemarketing company; every lead is generated through our extensive advertising.

Compensation for the Sales Representative is a base hourly rate during the initial introductory period, with Performance Pay being the primary source of income once a territory is established. Performance Pay is not capped; the yearly salary is dependent upon the effort put in. Successful Sales Representatives can expect to make between $40,000-$60,000 with the training provided and an internal drive to succeed. ***An Equine Background is very helpful***

The Sales Representative position is full time: Monday – Friday, 9:00-6:00, with rotating Saturdays.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Assess customers’ needs and provide information and estimates on product features over the phone
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
  • Work to grow your territory through referrals, installers, and previous contacts
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Cross-sell products
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Build relationships with customers over the phone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
