The Director Information Systems (IS) Opportunity
Well-funded single-family home-building technology and manufacturing company transforming the home as a product, seeks a driven, top-delivering Director of Information Systems with start-up grit.
Our Information System team manages all information systems for Veev and ensures that all our teams have the tools, systems and software solutions to be successful and productive in their roles. We are looking for a Director of IS for our Hayward, California Headquarters. In this position, you will drive IS operations across our global multi site operation and support 350+ employees on site and remote.

You will partner with leaders to define the Veev, multi-year IS strategy, ensuring proper and efficient resource planning, management and execution.

What you’ll do at Veev
Evaluate, plan, direct, implement, deploy, rollout and train upon a wide range of information systems and technology solutions for the business. This includes ERP, CRM, Project Management solutions, Design and Manufacturing systems, etc.
Supports information systems to meet Veev teams deliverables.
Align the IS solutions delivery with the company's business objectives and assist with the definition of the multi-year IS strategy
Ensures information security, change management and compliance of information systems.
Lead and manage the IS team members - global team of IS specialists.
Create operating procedures, internal systems SLA, policies documentation, and user resolution documentation including FAQ documents
Responsible for driving performance against identified Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
Develop system statistics in the form of dashboards and analytics to provide management with real-time IS activities and trends
Requirements, Knowledge and Experience
Minimum of 10+ years in progressive positions in a multinational environment with experience in Controlling & Accounting/Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business Process, ERP Systems Design, Deployment and Enhancements.
5+ years of experience in an IS management role with professional experience in building and managing technical teams within a commercial company supporting Enterprise Performance Management tools.
Expert in the business information systems, data requirements and functionality
Large scale ERP system implementation experience required. Proven experience in gathering requirements from all functional teams and relaying to the Information Systems team in order to design, build, implement and release the required system functionality.
Manage Integrations, Conversions, Cutover and SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Audit and ensure compliance of information systems with accreditation and best practices
Perform technology selection and assessment from start to finish; including but not limited to defining requirements, creating RFPs, working with contractors, vendors, and customers.
Experience designing and implementing NetSuite in an organization - preferred
Broad experience with a broad set of enterprise solutions and cloud/client interaction (G Suite, Office365, Netsuite, OKTA, Arena, Monday, Autodesk,...)
Compensation
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skills, education, experience, and location is
$215,000 - $ 228,000 annually for Hayward, CA and surrounding areas. This role is also eligible for stock options, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, flexible paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
