Join the team that is ensuring one person - one identity as an IT Security Manager!

IDEMIA is looking for a results-oriented IT Security Manager to lead a team and to develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive enterprise cybersecurity and IT risk management controls. The Manager will partner with corporate business and technology groups to manage the security of information using best practices such as IAM, end point security, vulnerability management, cyber incident response, security monitoring, business continuity planning, crisis management, privacy issues, and compliance. The Manager is responsible for ensuring all staff members are trained to support and protect the integrity of systems and data. This position reports to VP, Chief Information Security Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading the day-to-day IT security operational activities.
• Ensure successful implementation, compliance, and maintenance of the defined Information Security standards and policies.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to information systems security personnel. Serve as a mentor, coach, and facilitator to nurture and grow talent.
• Drive team knowledge base of best practices, guidelines, and standards, and create documentation.
• Manage SIEM, IDS, AV, Vulnerability Management, and other Info Sec applications.
• Maintain high security posture of employee laptops and workstations.
• Manage security incidents, audits, and vulnerability and threat assessments and direct responses to mitigate cyber risks.
• Help identity risks and drive automation to simply the process.
• Ensure fulfillment of legal and contractual information security and privacy mandates, including providing executive management with compliance reports and audit findings.
• Coordinate security efforts, processing security-related services, change control, and security research.
• Assumes responsibility for other duties as required or assigned.
• Produce regular metrics reporting the state of Corporate IT security program.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive working experience in Information Security or a related discipline such as Infrastructure or Network Security.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing IT security team is must.
• Ability to successfully lead cross-functional teams and strong project management and organization skills.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on working knowledge of these or similar technologies - SentinelOne/Crowdstrike, Zscaler, Splunk, Tenable, Okta/Duo.
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Must be a US citizen, without dual citizenship.
