Job description
The position of Industrial Sanitation Team Member requires a mature, professional, punctual individual who consistently exhibits sound judgment and a positive attitude in the workplace, whilst understanding It’ll Be Pizza operating procedures and standards. Key attributes of an individual in this position are willing to learn whilst maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Industrial Sanitation Team Member will work 4 x 10-hour shifts per week on a rotating basis (including Saturdays), and report to the Department Supervisors, Director of Operations and the Assistant Director of Operations, and work cooperatively with all other Team Members
- $1,000 sign on bonus.

Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to).
- Remove trash and debris from floors and working areas.
- Clean and sanitize production equipment during and after Production Room shift as necessary.
- Ability to identify areas of needed cleaning.
- Follow scheduled cleaning list.
- Follow proper sanitation procedures.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend and reach constantly throughout the entire shift.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently.
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
- Ability to work a fluctuating schedule.
- Saturday work 4 of every 6 weeks.
