Maleko Personnel is currently hiring Entry level Industrial Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance Technicians and Electrical Maintenance Mechanics for its client located in Fresno, CA to start immediately these opportunities are Fulltime, Year round, Temp to hire must be able to work any day of the week including week ends if needed. shifts available 1st, 2nd and 3rd with potential over time.

Qualified candidates:

Entry level Industrial Maintenance Mechanic:

Will shadow the Industrial Maintenance Technician I and II roles to learn how to perform repairs, preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery, plant blow mold equipment and facility.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Receives instructions on specific job task by Industrial Maintenance Technician I & II, and Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician or Supervisor. Assistance is furnished on unusual problems and work is reviewed for application of sound professional judgment.
• Duties my differentiate by plant based on equipment and plant design.

Industrial Maintenance Technician:

As a fully competent Industrial Maintenance Technician, incumbent will perform repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, plant blow mold equipment and facility. They are also responsible for following our company's Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.
• Install, adjust and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer and other related equipment.
• Perform mold, neck tooling changes, pin and other equipment changes.
• Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses.
• Inspect, rebuild and replace valves and pumps
• Perform preventive maintenance on all related equipment.
• Maintain machines in optimal processing condition.
• Weld, fabricate, and repair various machines.
• Troubleshoot, locate root problems and repair blow mold, baggers & support equipment.
• May operate blow mold or injection machines
• Communicate with other departments on a frequent basis.
• Duties may differentiate by plant based on equipment and plant design.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Electrical Maintenance Mechanic:

The EGEM mechanic will inspect, repair, install, modify, and maintain electrical/electronic systems, circuits and other production equipment;

perform repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on, plant equipment, production machinery and facility. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
