Job Responsibilities:

Provides personal care, assistance with ADL’s, household, supportive services, medication services, and nursing services as authorized in the client’s home.

Follows the plan of care to provide, safe, competent care to the client

Follow the service plan to provide, safe, competent care/service to the client.

May assist clients with the following activities;

• Housekeeping
• Personal grooming and dressing
• Bathing
• Eating and meal preparation
• Oral hygiene and denture care
• Toileting, elimination, and toilet hygiene
• Arranging for medical and dental care including transportation to and from the appointment
• Nursing tasks/services as educated and trained
• Providing or arranging for social interaction
• Providing transportation
• Laundry
• Shopping and errands

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
