Description:
We are looking for a talented Implementation Manager to guide our SaaS implementation and customer support teams. You'll be responsible for managing on-time, on-budget, profitable, high-quality deliverables for customers and partners, thus driving overall customer and partner satisfaction. The Implementation Manager has a direct interest in the successful and profitable completion of every project. The Implementation Manager also manages and oversees and manages the responsiveness and completeness of queries to customer support.
Job Duties:
- Manage the live project management process to ensure all projects are delivered to the highest possible standard, while achieving all customer and/or partner objectives and delivering results
- Maintain smooth and efficient operations in the Implementation Consulting Services team by supervising all aspects of the projects
- Oversee direct reports’ performance and time management and timeous execution of day-to-day activities
- Ensure that project management and customer service best practices are used by your direct reports throughout the development and management of project delivery
- Implement and manage workflows and ensure that your team always knows exactly what is expected of them and by when
- Provide timing plans to demonstrate how each project will be implemented and ensure customer and partner satisfaction along the way
- Ensure that the right amount of time is allocated to each project and ensure work is produced on time, to brief and on budget
- Understand the implications of changes to the scope in terms of costs, resourcing and deadlines
- Track cost and margins per project (ensure margin is correct) and track hours spent on projects and revenue to ensure job profitability
- Communicate progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones and other key project metrics
- Raise red flags and proactively propose solutions when problems arise
- Serve as an escalation point for support queries that require additional assistance or oversite
- Work with the VP of Sales to come up with innovative ideas and solutions to customer and partner business problems, challenges and briefs

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of SaaS product implementation experience, ideally within the insurtech industry
- 3+ years of insurance industry experience
- Experience delivering customized SaaS software implementations for end clients
- Experience with XML, web service calls, and data structures
- Experience working in an agile or scrum environment preferably using Azure DevOps for project planning and backlog management
