Job description
Summary:
An Imaging Service Specialist (ISS) performs and documents planned maintenance and repair of
medical diagnostic imaging equipment and associated systems under the supervision from service
management to perform the required duties. The ISS must possess and demonstrate a highly advanced
knowledge and ability to use the required test equipment and have the required electronic and
mechanical knowledge and skills. The ISS must have the ability to interpret and effectively
utilize service manuals, schematics and other applicable service information required to perform
and document planned maintenance and repair of the diagnostic imaging equipment and systems. The
ISS must demonstrate advanced organizational skills as well as effective communications, mentor
developing technical staff, interpersonal and customer relations skills as applied to interactions
with company personnel and Clinical staff in accordance with established Renovo operational and
personnel policies and procedures.
Specific Responsibilities:
5+ years of experience working on Philips MR Scanners and CT Scanners. General x-ray and Ultrasound experience a plus.
