Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will develop, manage and execute product activations for the Samsung's Display line of business, on Samsung.com (B2B and B2C) and will also own product activations on retailer.com

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-6 years of digital marketing experience in online or e-commerce
• Experience with online customer experience journey mapping

Responsibilities

• Responsible for following the product launch calendar and ensure timely product launches on Samsung.com and retailer.com. On-time execution is the primary responsibility of this position.
• Collaborate with internal content creators, marketers, and other stakeholders to create product detail pages and work on toolkits to support product launch online. Responsibilities include preparing and packaging toolkits with product image, online images, feature images, feature videos, specifications guides and product support copy.
• Developing a brief for the corporate marketing team in order to set launch expectations and timely launch.
• Enhance Amazon brand stores and improve partner brand stores. Create online content toolkits for partner syndication for retailers like Amazon, BBY.com, Costco, Newegg, Amazon Business, Walmart, Sam's, Microcenter, etc.
• Oversee the content and quality assurance on the product detail pages.
• Manage the end to end process of activating product detail pages, i.e asset management, communicating with different stake holders like product management, ecommerce, corporate marketing and inventory planning to ensure product availability and on-time launch.
• Use SEO best practices and work with SEO agency partner to ensure that the page is SEO-optimized at launch.
• Work with corporate marketing and ecommerce team for new category creation and global navigation bar changes in order to launch products under new categories on Samsung.com
• Use product grouping as needed in order to ensure best-in-class CEJ on Samsung.com
• Use retailer.com best practices to determine product categories and grouping.
• Send weekly execution reports to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring on-time launches.
• Own the management for end of life products, disable and redirect product detail pages as needed on Samsung.com and retailer.com
• Create new processes in order to accommodate expanding content and product launches
• Understand and adhere to Samsung brand guidelines and ensure that there is consistency across all content across all channels Samsung.com and retailer.com
