M.I.B. is indiana's premier provider of HVAC/R commercial services and installations. With offices serving Indiana and the tri-state area. We are a fast growing company with a ton of room for career growth as we continue to expand. We are looking for disciplined individuals who want a long term career. This is a senior service tech role paying between 25$-35$ an hour D.O.E.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements

• Perform routine preventative maintenance

• Respond to emergency maintenance requests

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Qualifications:

• 10+ years previous experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related fields

• Ability to handle physical workload

• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Benefits Include:
