We are looking for a full time HVAC service technician and helper for fulfill service, repair, installation and duct cleaning duties in residential and commercial buildings. Typical work schedule is flexible and would be from 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Some jobs may require longer working schedules. Full time status will be dependent on experience and performance.

Duties/Responsibilities

• 
  Installation of electric, heat pump, and gas HVAC equipment/systems and components.

• 
  Install complete fiberglass, flexible, and metal duct systems.

• 
  Independent diagnosis and repair of residential and commercial HVAC equipment

• 
  Disassemble, clean, and reinstall HVAC components. (Blowers, grills, coils, etc.)
• 
  Assist in performing air duct cleaning procedures and processes.
• 
  Maintain a clean and neat work environment.
• 
  Assist in duct leakage testing, diagnostics, and duct sealing procedures.
• 
  Maintenance and use of pneumatic compressors and hand/power tools.
• 
  Must be able to work occasionally night, weekend, or holiday as needed.

Requirements

• 
  Possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation to work.
• 
  Must be willing and able to work/communicate well with fellow employees and customers.
• 
  Submit to random drug screening
• 
  Be able to work in confined areas such as attics and crawl spaces.
• 
  Be able to work outside throughout the year in sometimes hot/cold inclement conditions.
• 
  Able to lift 50-100lbs on occasion.
• 
  Must have basic hand tools for HVAC related work.
• 
  Be able to work on step/extension ladders.
• 
  Military base work, Background check and MVR

Salary: $17-22/HR HVAC Tech and $14-16/HR for Helpers
