We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to support our talented team of professionals. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in the HR field and will have a commitment to enhancing the workplace environment through the use of creative, proactive and sustained efforts. This position plays a critical role in providing support for employees and ensuring their needs are met on each level through procedures such as conducting employee training and administering compensation, promotion and termination programs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Human Resources Department.
• Manage HR records.
• Administer benefits program.
• Knowledge of employment law.
• Manage HR records.
• Provide HR support to the company and its employees.
• Oversee hiring process.
• Oversee termination process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,094.00 - $45,854.00 per year
