We are seeking a FT Recruiter (Human Resources) responsible for supporting the growth of a dynamic team through recruitment, screening, pre-employment processing, and facilitation of onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Essential Functions:
- Post and maintain open positions on company management system
- Search out job fairs and other opportunities for promoting employment opportunities
- Review and screen applicants, documenting status, maintaining EEOC log and communicating with applicants
- Schedule interviews
- Facilitate or coordinate all pre-employment requirements (drug screening, OSHA certifications,
employment verifications, background checks, etc.) - Ensure completion of all new hire paperwork and e-verifications
- Facilitate new hire orientations and coordinate all new hire onboarding components based upon
position requirements - Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and in compliance with employment regulations
- Assist with development and facilitation of anti-harassment training (annual and new hires)
- Scan and file completed personnel documents; ensure employee files are up to date and in
compliance
Supportive Human Resource Functions:
- Schedule and follow up on 60 Day Reviews; assist with annual evaluations
- Update PTO balances in BambooHR (weekly)
- Support Human Resource Director with other projects as assigned
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent related work experience required
- 1-2 years of human resource experience
- People-oriented - enjoys interacting with people, high energy
- Flexible, Able to adapt to changing needs and priorities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of labor laws, employment equity regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Primarily indoors, office environment
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, working at a computer
