Job Title: HR Representative/Recruiter

Location: Navasota, TX (on-site)

Reports to: Human Resources Director

POSITION SUMMARY

The HR Representative will be an influential member of the STgen human resources function. This position will report directly to the Director of HR and will support an employee population of at least 100 team members in addition to some HR function responsibilities. This is a hands-on HR support role. Additionally, this role will lead initiatives in staffing, employee audit, compensation, and various other HR duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

• Provide HR support to a STgenetics operations region
• Work closely with the Managers in regard to payroll reporting, performance management, employee relations, and staffing
• Aid the HR Director in building HR initiatives including performance management, compensation, training, succession planning, etc
• Lead and support HR projects as assigned by the HR Director
• Support the HR team in benefits, staffing, payroll, and other HR functions as necessary

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline
• 2 years of corporate experience, human resources experience is preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent organizational skills
