POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with payroll and office management experience to join our dynamic team. As the HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, managing onboarding administration including liaising with IT, and providing administrative support. You will also be responsible for managing the daily operations of our Redmond office and ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.


KEY JOB DUTIES

  • Manage and process bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely.
  • Maintain employee files and HR databases, including benefit plans, salary data, trainings records, and employee status changes.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures, including benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, etc.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding process, including liasing with IT for new employee set up/departure, ordering equipment, shutting down accounts and access upon employee departure.
  • Manage office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and requests.
  • Be involved in ad-hoc HR and office projects as needed.

COMPANY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to read, write, and converse in the English language.

  • Must be able to recognize audible hazards.
  • Follow GMP, PPE, and company safety policies in performance of job duties.
  • Maintain good attendance.
  • Perform other projects / duties as assigned.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUACTION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR coordination, payroll administration, or related field.
  • Experience in managing office operations and administrative support.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and software (e.g., BambooHR).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoys people interaction and is a strong Probi culture ambassador for the entire organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
