Snelling Staffing is seeking a HR/Safety Supervisor for a Manufacturing plant in Tupelo, MS.
THIS IS A 2ND SHIFT POSITION. 3:00PM-11:45PM

- Aide in supervisor and lead's interaction with employees
- Understand federal an state employee regulations and guidelines
- Performing new hire orientation
- Ensure compliance with company policy and safety
- Provide safety training/orientation to all employees
- Provide prompt documentation of all incidents, near misses, and observations
- Promptly report all claims to Work Comp Insurance
- Administer minor first aid when needed
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
- Associates and/or Bachelors in HR or Business
- 30 Hour OSHA Certificate
