Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Find, interact and build rapport with potential candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn and other platforms
Generate and send recruiting emails to candidates
Perform phone screens and set up interviews for the Human Resources Manager and Hiring Managers
Research upcoming project areas for hiring demographics
Develop job descriptions and post jobs on Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn, etc.
Assist HR Manager with compliance tracking
Aid HR Manager in the onboarding process of new hires
Travel to job fairs, events, colleges, etc.
Client reporting
Special projects and other duties as needed
