Homeward Alliance is looking to hire a full-time Housing First Case Manager to assist its Housing First Initiative case management team. This position’s primary responsibilities include providing case management to help individuals experiencing homelessness obtain and maintain stable housing. This position will provide support to Homeward Alliance’s Housing First Case Managers’ existing caseloads as well as engage new clients and accompany them on their journey towards obtaining stable housing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.63 - $23.13 per hour
