Our company is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning staff. We're seeking a candidate who can help maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our guests and employees, while encouraging productivity and efficiency among the cleaning staff. The successful applicant will have extensive experience with housekeeping duties, including laundry and linen duties, as well as experience hiring and training new hires.

Responsibilities:

• Review employee schedules and plan for coverage.
• Manage employee training needs.
• Ensure employees have supplies needed for their cleaning jobs.
• Establish cleaning standards and procedures to be used in the building.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to help them improve.
• Plan the housekeeping schedule and make adjustments when necessary.
• Talk one-on-one with employees regularly to discuss their responsibilities and how well they are doing at their jobs.
• Ensure the building is clean, safe, and secure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
