Happy Hollow Resort in Blue Eye/Ridgedale, MO is hiring positions immediately for housekeeping and general duties with ability to earn $18-$20+/hour via hourly pay, bonuses and incentives. Base pay starts at $15-$16/hr after training based on experience/level, and we provide bonuses for a job well done with every paycheck, as well as "paid time off" (PTO) benefits.

Located in in the Blue Eye/Ridgedale area - South side of Branson on Table Rock Lake and north of Berryville/Green Forest.

We are looking for 4 great people, including an additional lead person for prep & inspection duties. Most shifts finish by 3 pm. Flexible schedules weekdays and usually either a Sunday or Saturday. June through August requires work on each Saturday for all team members, which is a condition of employment.

General duties:

* Cleaning cabins with 1-5 beds, 1-2 baths, small kitchens, windows, dens to provide a clean, inviting environment for all guests

* Laundry, fold and organize towels & linens as needed

* Prepare supply baskets for next shifts

* Training for safe usage of provided chemicals and supplies

* General cleaning of outdoor porches and rental boats as needed on some shifts if interested.

* Checking room inventory, supplies and ready room for inspection

* Assisting other team members or supervisor with general tasks for improving team performance or cabin appearance, inventory

* Assisting guests in a courteous manner and communicating guest or cabin needs to manager/office for immediate attention.

Qualifications:

* Organized with good work ethic

* Attention to detail and a job well done in a timely manner

* Ability to work smart and effectively communicate with other team members and managers and work well in team environment

* Read and speak English and follow policies and instructions

* Provide own transportation

* Ability to bend, kneel, use steps, work with household cleaning chemicals and lift up to 30-40 lbs. at times.

Experience preferred but will train.

We provide all cleaning materials, PPE and training, and take staff safety and support seriously.
