• Locker Rooms, F&B outlets, Public Rooms, Hallways, Meeting Rooms, Rest Rooms, Fitness Areas, Tennis Facility, Pool, Offices, Golf Shop, Golf Course Restrooms, Tennis Clubhouse, etc.

• Ensure member service standards are met and Member concerns are resolved or communicated to the appropriate Department Head for follow up and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws, club policies and procedures, Club bylaws and house rules.
• Train on proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment, including but not limited to vacuums, squeegees, power washers as well as all chemicals used by staff in the Housekeeping Department.
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Athletic Director.

• Inspect all areas of the club on a rotating basis throughout your shift.
• Properly clean area or surface in order to establish set standards.
• Follow cleaning/maintenance schedules & duties.
• Inventory, order and maintain proper par for all Housekeeping and Locker supplies.
• Coordinate work orders with Clubhouse Maintenance Manager, confirm requests, and make sure work orders are completed.

• Strong English oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in Hotel, Club, or Hospital Housekeeping preferred.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Self motivated with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to be a role model for Clubhouse staff in professional behavior and in meeting standards and expectations of the club.
• Interested in learning, takes initiative in resolving issues by researching and presenting possible solutions.
• Able and willing to participate in safety practices.
• Positive and professionally motivated to complete any task.
