What You'll Be Doing:

• You give a warm welcome to every Guest and seat parties.
• You operate OpenTable Guest Center, manage the waitlist, & confirm reservations.
• You answer the phone and direct calls accordingly and you manage the flow of the restaurant seating chart.
• Take and ring in to go orders.
• Consolidate to go orders and serve to them to guests upon arrivals.
• Take payments for to go orders.

Requirements:

• You have at least 1 year of hosting or serving experience under your belt.
• You're friendly, caring, and have a proactive attitude that's ready to work and greet people with a smile.
• You may be eligible to receive a higher rate of pay if you are proficient in OT Guest Center.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
